Catalog description

Focus on programming concepts and applications of building control networks. Topics include common building control network implementations and protocol standards including intermediary framework, BACnet, LonTalk and various other proprietary protocols. Expansion of programming skills and using different protocols to share variables between controllers. Additional topics in this course will include interoperability, network architecture, installation and troubleshooting building controls/networks. Spring Only.
