Catalog description

Advanced study of ceramic design and production with emphasis on individual artistic expression and aesthetic development. Topics include hand-building, advanced wheel-throwing techniques, working with multiple clay bodies, glaze formulation and experimentation, surface treatments, and firing processes. Coursework includes studio projects designed to integrate advanced techniques and conceptual approaches.
