Introduction to the theory and application of ultrasonic inspection. Coursework includes the fundamental elements required for ultrasonic inspection in accordance with American Society for Nondestructive Testing/Naval Sea Systems Command (ASNT/NAVSEA) requirements (level 1). Subjects covered in this course follow the topical outlines published in ASNT CP-105.
