Introduction to the theory and application of radiographic inspection. Coursework includes the fundamental elements required for radiographic inspection in accordance with American Society for Nondestructive Testing/Naval Sea Systems Command (ASNT/NAVSEA) requirements (level 1). Both X-ray and gamma ray inspection techniques are presented. Subjects covered in this course follow the topical outlines published in ASNT CP-105.
