Study of the systems required to manage and expand an automotive business. Discussion includes basic automotive industry business practices as well as accounting processes and financial statements specific to automotive service facilities. Financial management of profit centers focusing on service and parts departments is taught as well as evaluation and establishment of financial targets. Course work includes further senior project data analysis and formal writing of the research findings and preliminary conclusions.
