Theoretical study of vehicle repair procedures: body panel repair using hammer and dolly; heat and cold shrinking; proper mixing, application, shaping, and finish sanding of body filler (including forming and smoothing of filled areas); fixed and moveable glass repair; removal/replacement of interior components and parts; and scratch/nick repair.
