University of Pennsylvania · UGRD · Fall 2026
Catalog description
This elective rotation will provide students that have an interest in pathology, wildlife disease, or one health an opportunity to expand upon the foundational knowledge and skills obtained during the Diagnostic Services rotation. In addition, students will have the opportunity to review histopathology from these cases and other teaching materials to provide exposure to a wide range of diseases. Students will further develop skills in diagnostic and clinical reasoning, including considerations for individual animal disease, herd health, and population surveillance.
