Advanced Spoken Turkish and Cinema II

Catalog description

This course offers students the opportunity to improve significantly written and spoken discourse strategies and raise language competence in advance level. Students work across media and movies as they interprit and analyze cultural, political and historical moments in Turkish movies. Special attention will be given to the development of an academic discourse style during in-class discussions, threaded discussions and, written compositions. Interviews and discussions will take place in this courset.
