Catalog description

Healthcare systems and consumers today are becoming increasingly reliant on information technology. In this course, students expand their knowledge and skills in using health information systems and technology as tools to evaluate and improve patient and system outcomes. Additionally, students explore how data is collected, extracted, and analyzed to improve patient and population outcomes, and facilitate organizational and system-level decision-making.
