Building on the first course, this second clinical fieldwork experience advances students’ competencies and autonomy in the AGACNP role. Students manage a greater volume and complexity of patient interactions, deepen their clinical reasoning, and actively participate in interdisciplinary care. Simulations, case applications, and clinical projects continue to support skill development. Integration of prior coursework enhances students’ ability to synthesize information and make informed clinical decisions. Professionalism and collaborative practice are emphasized as students move toward greater independence.
