Catalog description

This clinical course is the second in a three-course series that introduces students to new knowledge and skills as well as reinforces the content learned in the first didactic and clinical courses. Pediatric NP students have immersive experience in managing pediatric health conditions in primary care settings. Through seminars and supervised clinical practice, students will refine diagnostic reasoning, therapeutic decision-making, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills while also assuming the role of leader in the coordination of culturally responsive, evidence-based care.
