Inquiry-based Innovation for Nursing Practice

Catalog description

This course is designed to further the students' intellectual curiosity and competency by exploring pathways toward clinical practice, research, and innovative quality improvement. This course focuses on synthesizing knowledge and applying skills for ways of knowing, clinical judgment, service-based clinical inquiry, and improvement science. Students will engage in fieldwork and use concepts previously learned in NURS 5370 Systems Approach for Promoting Safe Nursing Practice to develop and present an innovation project in an area of their interest.
