Food Writing

Catalog description

A creative writing workshop devoted to the topic of food. Writing exercises and assignments may include restaurant reviews, food memoirs, interviews, profiles, reportage, fiction, or poetry. Students will be encouraged to think through the links between food and culture, identity, politics, and history.
