This undergraduate course explores effective methods for teaching creative writing to high school students. Students will examine developmental considerations, pedagogical approaches, assessment strategies, and classroom management techniques specific to creative writing instruction. The course includes a unique practicum component where graduate students collaborate with high school creative writing students to gain hands-on teaching experience.
