This experimental course engages students in applying the academic frameworks and concepts developed during their first two years of coursework to a real-world problem of practice presented by a systems-level leader. Through a structured case simulation, students analyze complex challenges, develop strategic responses, and practice decision-making in dynamic, high-stakes contexts, strengthening their ability to translate theory into effective leadership action.
