This experimental course provides students with the essential knowledge and practical tools needed to navigate collective bargaining processes across all educational contexts. Students will gain critical insights into labor relations that directly impact institutional effectiveness and employee satisfaction. Students will leave equipped with frameworks for building constructive relationships, anticipating negotiation challenges, and aligning collective bargaining outcomes with institutional mission and student success goals.
