1 section
Catalog description
This course examines architectural representation as both a storytelling medium and a sociocultural practice, exploring how drawings shape design ideas, spatial narratives, and collective memory. Through readings, discussions, and drawing workshops, students study the history and theory of representation while strengthening their own drawing skills through a range of media and techniques. The course frames representation as both a creative and ethical practice, encouraging work that goes beyond technical skill to question, communicate, and advocate.
