This course explores legal research methods applicable to all forms of administrative law, including federal, state, and local government, using a combination of free online resources and commercial databases. A solid foundation in legal research skills specific to administrative law is necessary to practice in many areas of law. Therefore, the goal of the course is to help students build the research skills necessary for finding administrative law in any form. This course satisfies the experiential learning requirement.
