Catalog description

This course is designed to introduce students to the national security decision-making process and to the actors, institutions and entities engaged in that process. The course will culminate in a two-day interdisciplinary simulation to be held at Ohio State University, which is designed to incorporate and test the knowledge and skills that students have acquired in the separate National Security Law course and during this course's earlier sessions. During the simulation, teams of students from various institutions and disciplines will represent key government entities and players while attempting to resolve an evolving national security event. This course satisfies the experiential learning requirement
