Catalog description

Statistics is the art and science of summarizing data. The course is focused on the principles of descriptive and inferential statistical applications, descriptive statistics, the normal distribution, basic techniques of statistical inference, confidence intervals, hypothesis tests for population means and proportions, and simple linear regression. Prerequisites: Math Requirement.
