Catalog description
An overview of key concepts and issues relevant to conducting business in the global environment. Emphasis is on applying fundamental knowledge of global business and analyzing and evaluating global business variables for informed decision making. The objective is to analyze property rights, obligations, liabilities, and remedies; evaluate regulations in the business environment; and assess implications of transactions and negotiable instruments in the business environment. Topics include the nature and scope of global business; cultural, political, legal, and economic environments; marketing; trade; and foreign investments.
