Laboratory course for developing fundamental nursing skills, therapeutic communication, and documentation skills in a supportive environment. Use of immersive scenario-based training to practice essential nursing procedures through guided practice and feedback. Pre- and post-scenario debriefing sessions will facilitate reflection, evaluation, and improvement of skills. Total of 108 hours laboratory.
