Prerequisite: Eligibility for ENGL 001A or ENGL 001AH. Chicano/a/x and Mexican literature and cultural expressions including oral traditions, poetry, essays, drama, novels, and other genre. Emphasis on the intersectionalities of race, ethnicity, gender, class, sexual identity, immigration status, language background, interethnic relations, and transnationalism.
