One of two courses in the VESL Work Readiness and Communication Skills certificate program. Provides instruction in the English language, communication and cultural skills needed for successful employment. Topics in Module B include resumes, cover letters, references, interviews, pay, benefits, workers' rights, workplace culture, and soft skills such as communication, teamwork, problem solving and conflict resolution. Recommended for advanced ESL students (ESLN Level 5 or higher). Total of 108 hours lecture.
