Preparation for the USCIS citizenship interview and English and civics tests. Includes an overview of the naturalization process and test practice. Key aspects of U.S. history, civics and government are reviewed and explained as they relate to contemporary life in the U.S. Development of intermediate to advanced English language skills is embedded throughout the course. The ESLN Path to Citizenship Certificate of Competency is awarded upon passing both ESLN 1125 and ESLN 1126 . Total of 54 hours lecture.
