Catalog description

Development of student confidence and ability to integrate into the English-speaking community through training and practice in intermediate level listening, speaking, and interpersonal communication skills. Topics include small talk, telephone communication, asking for/giving directions, and discussing personal interests and plans. For students at a beginning high to intermediate-low level of ESL (noncredit ESLN Level 2 and 3). Total of 18-54 hours lecture.
