Designed for adults with developmental and/or intellectual differences who have an interest in finding realistic and meaningful employment. Exploration of the concept of ethics relates to the job application process. Discussion of your rights and accommodations during the hiring process, and identification of a variety of job search methods. Use of a real job description to help determine if a job is right for you. Total of 18 hours lecture.
