Designed for adults with developmental and/or intellectual differences who have an interest in finding realistic and meaningful employment. Focus on self-advocacy skills; assertiveness training and conflict resolution; stress triggers and discover coping strategies; and identify rights in a workplace environment. Total of 18 hours lecture.
