Catalog description

This second-level course builds upon beginner-level Spanish skills and introduces students to more complex language structures at the intermediate-beginner level. Students will continue developing their listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities while expanding vocabulary and grammatical knowledge. The course also deepens cultural understanding through the exploration of the history, geography, and traditions of the Spanish-speaking world. It is designed for students who have completed a beginner-level Spanish course or possess equivalent knowledge. Successful completion of this course meets the requirements for five (5) Adult High School Diploma credits. Total of 72 hours lecture.
