Exploration of creative literary works designed to afford students the opportunity to develop writing skills across a range of genres including one-act plays, poetry, short stories, and personal narratives while developing skills in peer and self-editing in the creation of a portfolio of best student work. Successful completion of this course will meet requirements for five (5) Adult High School Diploma credits. Meets the diploma requirement for English. Total of 72 hours lecture.
