Catalog description
This course serves as the Master’s Capstone for Parker University Master’s of Functional Nutrition program. The Capstone course affords the opportunity to conduct applied research, program planning, or program evaluation on a specific nutrition problem, topic, or existing program in either a community or institutional setting. The primary focus of the course is the analysis of scientific literature to formulate a research proposal including thorough review of literature, hypothesis, and methodology. The research proposal will describe contributions to the field of functional nutrition. Prerequisite(s): All major coursework. This course must be taken in final term of enrollment.
