This course presents different methods used for assessment and screening of nutritional status for the purpose of promoting health. The use of anthropometric, dietary, clinical and biochemical measures is emphasized in pregnancy and lactation, infancy, childhood, adolescence, adults, and elderly populations. Pre-requisite: NUTR 5100 Functional Nutrition I
