Catalog description

This course provides a science-based whole systems approach to digestive health and functional nutrition therapy for imbalances within the GI microbiome that impact human health and disease, including inflammation, motility, functional GI disorders, obesity, and immunity. Students apply evidence- based strategies and recommendations to realistic case studies.
