Catalog description

Students will apply critical thinking skills and integrate theories and principles of medical nutrition therapy into clinical practice. This course will focus on planning, monitoring, and evaluating nutrition interventions in managing nutrition-related diseases. In addition, students will demonstrate ethical decision-making and cultural competency when applying knowledge of nutritional science.
