Catalog description
The course provides an overview of the mechanical and anatomical analysis of movement related to human performance. Students will acquire knowledge to structurally, functionally, and mechanically analyze the performer and performance of physical activities. The lab focuses on the development of techniques of human movement analysis from structural and functional points of view and incorporates principles of mechanics as they apply to the study of human motion. Pre-requisite: HEPR 3403 Exercise Physiology
