Catalog description
This elective course explores normal skeletal development and radiographic patterns of musculoskeletal, pulmonary, and abdominal pathologies affecting the pediatric population. The course will discuss the appropriateness of imaging for pediatric patients, as well as the radiographic appearance of the normal immature skeleton, congenital anomalies, and pathologies affecting the pediatric population. Particular focus will be made on common conditions which present to the chiropractic office.Prerequisite(s): CLSC 5202 Clinical Imaging I; CLSC 5302 Clinical Imaging II; BASC 6106 Systems Pathology
