Catalog description

In this course, students will construct and demonstrate proficiency of patient care skills as it pertains to patient history taking, exam planning, exam execution, treatment planning, and relationship building throughout the timed intern-student interaction. This course serves to reinforce clinical exam skills introduced in earlier trimesters to be clinic ready upon entering Internship Practicum I and assess clinic readiness by providing mock clinic Intern Meta-competency Assessments (IMA).Prereqsuisite: Differential Diagnosis
