Catalog description
This lab is a continuation of the core AAT courses. This lab course reinforces skill building towards mastery of psychomotor skills in preparation for clinic. Individualized feedback is provided so the learner can demonstrate the knowledge, mechanical principles, and psychomotor skills necessary to safely perform chiropractic adjustment/manipulation. The student will apply chiropractic adjustment/manipulation to classmates while ensuring safety. This is a pass/fail course. Students pass individual assessments once they demonstrate competency in their manual high-velocity low-amplitude adjusting skills. Prerequisite(s): Analysis & Adjusting Technique I, Analysis & Adjusting Technique II, Extra Spinal Analysis & Technique UE,Extra Spinal Analysis & Technique LE
