Catalog description
This course is designed to assist students in developing psychomotor skills using High-Velocity Low- Amplitude (HVLA) techniques to correct structural and/or functional findings of the lower extremities, paired with soft tissue mobilizations. Students will be able to differentiate between soft tissue and joint restrictions. Students will utilize examination and palpation techniques to determine if an adjustment is appropriate and to verify if the adjustment was effective. Prerequisite(s): Clinical Biomechanics/Motion Palpation, Co-requisite: AAT 1
