This course examines multiple theoretical foundations to provide a deeper understanding of the nature of human behavior in the social environment. SW520 examines the dynamic interaction of the individual and her/his social environments across the life span. SW520 examines the biological, social, psychological, spiritual, cultural forces that impact human behavior from infancy through young adulthood. This course assesses Social Work EPAS Competencies 1,4,6,7,9.
