Catalog description

This course examines the principles of leadership and organizational management in long-term care facilities. Students will explore governance structures, strategic planning, and change management frameworks to drive operational success and accountability. Emphasis is placed on leadership development, workforce strategies, and the use of data analytics to inform decision-making. The course also addresses stakeholder engagement and public relations to strengthen community partnerships and enhance organizational reputation.
