Catalog description

Prepares students with the essential skills to interpret health data effectively for assessment of community health issues. Investigates fundamental statistical concepts, including variability, population sampling, and descriptive data to communicate health data for non-research settings. Students will gain familiarity with hypothesis testing, correlation, and regression analysis, and sampling methods to summarize health data, interpret research findings, and communicate results effectively.
