Catalog description

Explores the scientific principles of exercise physiology within the context of first responder occupations including police, fire, military, and emergency services. Topics include neuromuscular physiology, cardiovascular physiology, bioenergetics, endocrinology, environmental physiology, and training adaptations. Foundational theories are applied to job specific physiological demands including load carriage, environmental exposures, and needs analysis of critical job tasks.
