Catalog description

Teamwork is an essential component of professional activities in the modern world. This course introduces the innovation and effectiveness that successful teams bring to an organization. We will cover why teams are important, how networking within diverse teams/organizations can be a source of collaborative knowledge sharing for co-creation, and explore research of high-performing teams. Learners will be introduced to models that build durable (human-intensive) skills and transferable competencies to promote strategic foresight, problem-solving, and future-based scenario planning.
