Catalog description

This course will introduce students to the current formats, methods and tools to collect, store, clean, and manipulate data relevant to their disciplines. Students will learn how to evaluate relevance, completeness, and trustworthiness of data. Ways of understanding and mitigating biases associated with all stages of data life cycle will also be covered.
