Advisory: FST 152, FST 153 and FST 154 Provides the student with the fundamentals of hazard and risk management as applied to hazardous materials emergencies. The Department of Transportation Guide Book on various chemicals will be utilized. Description of fixed facilities (Industrial Plants) and various transportation systems that use hazardous materials in business ventures will be discussed. This includes airports, pipelines, maritime, motor vehicles and rail car.
