Catalog description

Students begin training in the basic language skills of understanding, speaking, reading and writing at the second semester level. The focus is on a communicative approach, and the course includes a laboratory. Placement is subject to continual reevaluation. Prerequisite: SPAN 011A with a "C-" or better, an appropriate score on the Spanish placement test, or permission of instructor. ( GE2A , GELN )
