Catalog description

Students examine the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with autism spectrum disorders. An overview of the nature and characteristics of autism spectrum disorders, as well as associated neurobiological factors, are additional topics taught in this course. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all previous courses in the SLPA course sequence or permission of instructor.
