Catalog description

This class will explore the assessment and treatment strategies in the management of cognitive and communicative difficulties secondary to traumatic brain injuries, right hemisphere disorders, and dementia. Evidence-based, pragmatic and experiential approaches will be explored in the differential diagnosis and treatment of these disorders. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all previous courses in the SLPA course sequence or permission of instructor.
