Speech Sound Disorders II.

Catalog description

This course is designed for the advanced student to describe the characteristics, classifications, and causes of articulation/phonological disorders; describe the principles of assessments and assessment procedures; describe concepts, principles, and approaches to treatment; integrate theories and research to clinical practice; and demonstrate clinical problem solving skills for individuals with speech sound disorders or differences. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all previous courses in the SLPA course sequence or permission of instructor.
